2.- Payment

Payment of the reservation (50%) is made by wire transfer.
Once the ride is complete, the rest of the amount can be paid in cash or Redcompra.

3.- Minimum age

Magic Forest: 5 years with parental authorization.
Dos Ríos: 12 years with parental authorization.

4.- Minimum and maximum amount of people

There is no minimum amount of people.

5.- In case of rain, will the ride be suspended?

In case of rain, we advise you to bring waterproof clothing. The ride can be done in the same way. If the rain is so strong that it becomes an impediment and forces us to suspend, your reservation will be returned.

6.- If I don't have transportation, what can I do?

If you do not have your own transport, you can contact us and we will help you resolve this issue.

7.- What horse am I going to ride?

After arriving at La Tobiana and once the introductions have been made, each person will be assigned the horse that best suits their experience.

8.- Is previous experience necessary?

No previous experience is necessary. In the riding arena, prior to leaving for our excursion, there will be an introductory talk and practice with the aim of having a fun and safe experience for everyone.

9.- How to make a reservation?

Contact us through our social networks or website, then make the payment of the reservation through it.

10.- Schedules

We have several schedules available. When you contact us, we will propose a schedule according to our availability.

11.- What should I bring?

Both rides last 1:30 hrs. Approx..

13.- Can I booking if I am just one person?

Of course. If you come alone, it is possible that we will integrate you into a group.

The maximum weight of a rider is 100Kg.
